1 Free Trial
As mentioned earlier, UpsellX do offer the free trial of 60 days. During this period, we will not have any charges.
2 Shopify charges
There is two types of payment will UpsellX charge: subscription charge and usage charge
2.1 Subscription Charge
The subscription charge will be start charging only when the trial ends. And the charges amount is based on the UpsellX's plan you chosen.
2.2 Usage charge
Usage charge will not be charged if the number of customer's order that used UpsellX discounts(Orders that used the UpsellX discounts, eg: Free gift, product volume or cross sell discounts) are not exceeded the order entitled in each plan.
For example:
If you store current subscribing the Plan Lite, as the pricing showing above, the entitled order is up to 20 orders (per month)
So when there are orders that used UpsellX's discount and is exceeded the 20 orders entitled, then the exceeded orders will be charges a fee of 0.5% of the order revenue.
This means there will be no fee charged if a customer does not use the app discount or the orders per month exceeded the entitled orders.
The higher the plan, let's say the PLUS plan, we do giving 1000 orders per month, as long as it is within the 1000 orders, we will not have charge you the usage charge
